Went back to JB last Sat to celebrate George's first Birthday. Invited only the relatives and of course my dear confinement auntie who took care of George during his first month into this world.
Whenever we saw her, we will ask her if she is still doing confinement and where she is going. She is now in her mid 60s, but she just couldn't keep still to rest at home. If she has no confinement to do, she will look for part time jobs to do at home. I really do not know where she got all these part time job lobangs from. She is really very resourceful. Of course, she will start asking me again when am I planning for my # 2. My answer to her is still the same. Hahaha...
We talked and talked and she told us she is flying to Australia in November to do confinement. Can you believe it?? Someone is asking her to fly over to Australia to help her do confinement. To add on, she is doing 2 confinements in Australia. The first family that she will go to will buy her air ticket to fly there and the second family she is going to will buy her air ticket to fly back.
My hubby said: "Wow, a Foreign Talent!"

My friend engaged a confinement lady last year too to fly over... everything included..air tickets, meals and of cos her confinement fees...but her cooking is really yummy...
this confinement lady will be coming over agn in sept..engaged by anthr couple...shiok...
u can do the same thing aso. engage a confinement auntie over. But i tink u will ask yr dad to fly over to do confinement for you if you have a 2nd baby. :D
